Ness Wilson
Team Leader

Ness is responsible for providing primary leadership, teaching and direction to fulfil our vision and values. She is also the Pioneer Network UK Leader, Pioneer's Champion for Women in Leadership, is on the Wildfires Festival Core Team and sits on the Evangelical Alliance Council.

Rich loves students and God’s church. He is movement leader of Fusion and has championed the role of local churches in student mission for over 25 years. His book ‘A Call Less Ordinary’ draws on much of his experience and contains a message for this generation for how they must respond to the call of God for themselves.

Luc leads OH1, our 18-30s expression of Open Heaven. He is passionate about people becoming fully alive through Jesus and being generous with the gospel. You'll usually find Luc talking to strangers, laughing a lot or on his bike.

Rich leads OH2, the Sunday morning expression of Open Heaven where generations meet together. He is also responsible for Small Groups and our discipleship year, DNA. He loves building community and seeing people connected to Jesus. He feels most alive when having outdoor adventures.
